The test laboratories within Roketsan have been delivering customer-oriented quality control and inspection services, aiming to achieve accurate and reliable test results at the first attempt and adopting continuous improvement approach since its establishment. Test laboratories carry out their activities in compliance with national and international standards/regulations with an innovative, solution-oriented and competent team that respects human health and the environment, constantly analyzes organizational and process-based risks, monitors and continuously improves business performance.

In the Chemical Test Laboratory within the test laboratory, chemical raw material, energetic material and composite material tests are conducted by the relevant equipment infrastructure and experienced personnel. Some of the test categories within our laboratory are as follows.

• Spectroscopic tests (ICP-OES, UV-Vis, FTIR)
• Chromatographic tests (GC-MS, HPLC)
• Titrimetric and gravimetric tests
• Sample preparation (Kjeldahl sample preparation, soxhlet extraction, microwave assisted digestion)
• Thermal tests (DSC, HFC)
• Particle size analysis (FSS, laser light scattering, sieve analysis)
• Physical characterization (BET surface area, gas pycnometer, density, refractive index)
• Viscosity measurements (Brookfield, Ubbelohde)

The Physical and Metallurgical Test Laboratory fulfills the test needs of the defense industry and other sectors with its advanced and technological equipment infrastructure.

The Physical and Metallurgical Test Laboratory has been accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 since 2015 on "Tensile Testing on Metallic Materials at Room Temperature". The experienced staff of the Physical and Metallurgical Test Laboratory performs the following tests in accordance with the internationally recognized standards for energetic and non-energetic materials.
