Social Responsibility Project from the Human Resources and Academy Directorate

Human Resources and Academy Directorate visited Elmadağ Nursing Home during Respect for the Elderly Week.
A social responsibility project was carried out by the Human Resources and Academy Directorate. The Internal Communications and Employee Experience team of the Talent Management and Organizational Development Unit of the Human Resources and Academy Directorate visited Elmadağ Nursing Home in line with the COVID-19 measures taken, during the Respect for the Elderly Week on March 18–24, and exchanged ideas on possible social responsibility projects and collaborations with Mustafa SAYLAM, Deputy Director of Elmadağ Nursing Home Senior Rehab Center.
After the meeting, flowers were given to the elders. Gifts that could not be given directly to the elderly due to the COVID-19 measures were given to the Deputy Director Mustafa SAYLAM by the Internal Communications and Employee Experience team to be delivered to the elderly.
