Roketsan had a powerful presence at ADEX 2018 Fair between September 25-27 in Baku, Azerbaijan, which was held for the third time this year. Deputy Minister of National Defence of Turkey Muhsin DERE participated in the opening ceremony with Deputy Undersecretary for Defence Industries of Turkey and Roketsan’s Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Faruk YİĞİT. Host state Azerbaijan’s President İlham ALİYEV, Prime Minister Novruz MEMMEDOV and Chief of the General Staff of the Navy Şahin MAMMADOV showed interest in Roketsan stand, where they were informed about products and capabilities. Senior delegations from numerous countries including Qatar, Serbia, Iran and Czech Republic were hosted at the Roketsan booth. At the fair, Deputy Undersecretary for Defence Industries of Turkey and Roketsan’s Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Faruk YİĞİT and Roketsan President and CEO Selçuk YAŞAR held a meeting with Minister of Defence of Azerbaijan Zakir HASANOV. The Azerbaijani and Turkish press showed great interest in our products. Many interviews were done by Turkish and Azerbaijani press including Anadolu Ajansı, TRT Haber, TRT World, İhlas Haber Ajansı, Ordu Haber TV, Azeri Defence, Defence Turkey and İçtimai TV.
