Transforming technological achievements into products, while strengthening its position in international markets, Roketsan met giants at IDEX 2017 which was held between 18 – 23 February 2017. Commander of Turkish Armed Forces General Hulusi AKAR, Turkish Undersecretary for Defence Industries Prof. Dr. İsmail DEMİR as well as senior delegations from various countries such as United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Mauritania visited the Roketsan stand and got information about ongoing projects. Roketsan, who has been serving the Gulf Region’s defence and security for some 15 years, continued its busy schedule with the United Arab Emirates Service Commands. In previous years, Roketsan has provided various types of artillery rockets and their launcher systems, as well as CİRİT 2.75″ Laser Guided Missile and its launcher systems, to the countries in the region. A majority of these products were produced for the first time and in accordance with customer needs in the context of various cooperation projects.
