The 155 MM-Howitzer Ammunition Range Correction Kit (Mdk) Is A Guidance Kit With Multiple Fuze Modes (Impact, Delayed Impact, Time And Proximity) That Are Used In Place Of The Standard Fuzes Used For Unguided Artillery Ammunition, Reducing The Dispersion To ±50 M In Range. The Established Secured Data Link Infrastructure Allows Multiple Munitions To Be Tracked Simultaneously In The Air And Issued With Guidance Commands.

The Mdk System Does Not Require Any Specialised Personnel, But Provides A 5-Fold Increase In Effectiveness Over Unguided Munitions. The System Can Operate Independently From The Global Positioning System And Features Protection Measures Against Such Electronic Warfare Tools As Electronic Deception And Jamming.
